We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if:
- You have completed fewer than 10 practice exercises, and
- You have attempted no more than 2 mock exams.
Refund requests that don’t meet these conditions will not be approved.

We reserve the right to deny requests that do not meet the criteria.
